Designed and delivered a Kofax TotalAgility Smart Process Application managing patient enquiries, referrals and bookings across the provider's 300+ sites. Returned under a later engagement to upgrade that same system onto a newer TotalAgility release, importing and reconfiguring the original build. End-to-end ownership across both the original delivery and the upgrade.
A document-scanning bureau — most recent engagement. Documented several hundred Kofax Capture batch classes through the management buy-out that carved the business out of a larger professional-services group, giving the newly independent company a complete picture of its capture estate ahead of platform conversion — then automated the documentation, turning a manual and error-prone exercise into a repeatable process.
A London property estate — Kofax Capture to TotalAgility. Migrated a scanning and document-filing system off Kofax Capture and onto Kofax TotalAgility — the full legacy-to-TotalAgility path, end to end.
A global records-management company — international upgrade migration. Kofax Capture upgrade migration across South America and Spain, with extensive workflow-agent development and validation scripting to carry existing business rules intact through the upgrade.
A retail bank and an IT-services provider — transformation re-write. Migrated and re-wrote complex Kofax Transformation Modules processes onto current platform versions, preserving extraction accuracy while retiring legacy customisation.
The national NHS prescription service — national-scale re-engineering. Re-engineered prescription capture on the Kofax Transformation Toolkit for a new FP10 form design: duplex capture reading clinical data from the front of the form and pricing / claims data from the reverse, covering every NHS prescription dispensed in England.
